With the announcement of Ryan as Romney's running mate, I'm more excited about this fall than ever. Fall has always been my favorite season, specifically November, my birthday month. But this year, November is going to be even more exciting because ladies and gents.. it's an election year. (which you should know unless you've literally been living under a rock)

 It's obvious which side I fall on, but in the off chance anyone would like to discuss why, I'd be happy to share.

 'Til then I'll leave you with a little anecdote from my childhood:

In 1992, Bill Clinton ran against George H.W. Bush; Emily (my older sister) was 5 and I was 2. My parents had been big into the whole political scene, and basically my sister and I kind of just picked up on stuff here and there. We were in another room when the final decision was tallied, and my mom walked in to announce that Clinton had won. Instantly, my sister and I started crying.
